There is a non-fundable booking deposit that is REQUIRED to confirm your appointment. The fee varies depending upon the service you select. You will find the payment link at the end of the booking process. Please be prepared to pay your deposit at the time of the booking. Failure to make payment will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment thus, leaving it available for another client to book.
Once an appointment is confirmed, you will get an email. You will also get a reminder email 24 Hrs before the appointment. Please make sure to add email@example.com to your address book to prevent important emails from going into your spam folder.
If you know that you're going to be late call or text in advance so that an adjustment in the schedule can be made. If you are the first appointment of the day and you're severely late, it throws the whole schedule for the day off. It is soley up to the stylist to decide to continue with the appointment. Please note that another deposit will be required if you have to re-book due to being.
Cancellation of your appointment will FORFEIT your paid deposit. No exceptions!
Rescheduling your appointment 24 hrs prior to your appointment time will transfer it to the newly scheduled date that you choose. You are allowed to reschedule three times. If you can not keep your appointment (s) you will forfeit all deposits paid. Please make sure if you book multiple appointments in advance that you keep up with them.
Should you have a discrepancy with your style once you've left the salon, you are to contact your stylist in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or text to 404-913-1007 within 24hrs from your appointment time to have the problem rectified. Once this time has passed you have forfeited the opportunity to have the problem to be resolved. It is soley under the discretion of the stylist to provide any continuing services to you beyond this point.
